Our porch enclosures also have removable fiberglass screen panels and a fiberglass screen bug barrier beneath the floor.
Porch Construction Materials
The available flooring options for an enclosed porch are the same as a deck. TimberTech, cedar & premium grade pressure treated are the most popular choices. Our 24″ tall kneewall is constructed of tongue and groove cedar on the interior and cedar lap siding on the exterior. Our electric package includes 4 interior outlets, 1 exterior outlet, a floodlight or coach light, a light and fan hook up as well as all necessary switches. We match shingles, gutters and downspouts, when style/color is available.
